German speaking B2B meeting planner

Are you passionate about communication and enjoy building new relationships?

Now, you can acquire in-depth telemarketing knowledge and build experience within the area. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact and engage in dialogue with some of the largest B2B companies in Denmark and internationally.

This is a part-time position, ranging from 1 to 36 hours per week.

Job responsibilities:

As a meeting planner, your role is highly flexible – you decide how many hours you want to work!

There is a fixed hourly wage with no commission.

We undertake various telemarketing projects and work on different tasks related to telemarketing, including:

  • Conducting telephone interviews for market analysis or customer surveys
  • Lead qualification & meeting booking
  • Research and validation of company/contact data
  • Permission marketing

Please note we do NOT engage in direct sales!

About you:

A specific educational background is not mandatory for our position as a meeting planner; however, relevant experience in the B2B world is a plus.

  • You have an appetite for new insights and approach tasks with curiosity and dedication.

Being ambitious and having a desire to be a team player are most important to us.

Our primary language areas are Danish, English, Swedish, German, Dutch and French.

If you speak multiple languages besides your mother tongue, it’s an extra plus!
