Norwegian-speaking B2B meeting planner

Do you have a passion for communication and enjoy connecting with people?

We’re offering an opportunity to develop strong skills in professional telemarketing and gain valuable experience in B2B outreach. Your main task will be to reach out and start meaningful conversations with some of the largest B2B companies in Norway and internationally.

This is a flexible part-time position, with the possibility to work between 1 and 36 hours per week.

Job responsibilities:

As a meeting planner, you’ll have full flexibility — you decide how many hours you want to work.

We offer a fixed hourly wage with no commission.

You’ll take part in a variety of telemarketing projects, working on different types of tasks such as:

  • Conducting telephone interviews for market research and customer surveys

  • Lead qualification and meeting scheduling

  • Researching and validating company and contact data

  • Permission-based marketing

Please note: we do not engage in direct sales.

About you:

A specific educational background is not required for the meeting planner role, but experience within the B2B environment is definitely an advantage.

The most important qualities we’re looking for are:

  • You speak fluent Norwegian

  • You enjoy engaging in conversations with different types of people

  • You show ambition and take initiative

  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented way

  • You have a service-minded attitude

  • You’re curious, eager to learn, and approach tasks with dedication

Being ambitious and having a desire to be a team player are most important to us.

Our primary language areas are Danish, English, Swedish, German, Dutch and French.

If you speak multiple languages besides your mother tongue, it’s an extra plus!
